SHIPPING SECURITY:
Your purchase will be securely packaged for shipment, so no shipment disturbances are expected. In the unusual situation where damage is sustained during shipping, please contact us immediately at penedosart@gmail.com. Please also photograph the damage clearly and save all packaging as is. We will work with you and with the shipping carrier to come to a fair solution for you.
TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
Simply email penedosart@gmail.com. If you would like us to call you back to discuss the situation, please include your telephone number in the email. If the order has not yet shipped, 100% of your money will be returned within 48 hours. If the order has already shipped, please see the Return Policy below.
RETURN POLICY:
Return or exchange your piece if it is not what you believe you had ordered. To do so, please follow these easy steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork to confirm you are returning it - or request an exchange if you would prefer.
- Return the piece securely packaged in the original packaging, using an insured carrier for shipping. Please ensure the piece arrives back at the artist's studio within 14 days of notifying us in writing of the refund or exchange.
- Once the piece is returned in the same condition it was sent to you, we will contact you and promptly refund your purchase.
